flying fish grill - in carmel actually but if u make it out there... also, horseback riding + aquarium are also awesome
zazie - seriously tasty brunch

boiling crab - in san jose and the wait is godawful (like 2 hrs if u don't go early) but cajun seafood that u pick urself is damn tasty...
birite creamery - lavender & honey, salted caramel crack <3
bourbon and branch - great drinks, cool dark library-esque theme. a bit snooty on the passwords
Taqueria Cancun - i don't normally favor sloppy huge burritos but it was very tasty!!!
